ABOUT FOUNDER:-

Jal Jeevan and Women Empowerment Society ( JJWES) is a Society which is a non-profit entity established for various purposes, including poverty alleviation, right to education, environment, medical relief, provision, Rural Development , Health Resource management ,Community development, Gender Equality ,Trainings and Agriculture Activity ,Water conservation , Farmer producer organizations , PWD of facilities for sports, and any other object of general public utility. JJWES was founded in 2021 by Sri. Mr. Ravi Kumar Myadari ( Mahindra) Popularly known as JJWES, he is the Chief Functionary & President of a Jal Jeevan and Women Empowerment Society ( JJWES) a visionary and a Role model for people for his commitment towards Society. He has established JJWES to serve the needy people which have proved his commitment towards society. Seeing the possibilities rather than the problems created by change, JJWES engages in a process of continuous adaptation and learning. JJWES also subscribes to measures for poor feeding by directly conducting ‘Agriculture allied activities water conservation” programs and also extends support to poor farmers, etc. BORN AND EDUCATION: Being born into a rural middle-class family on 15th August 1979 Rajampet village & mandal Kamareddy Distract as the 3 brother of 1 sister for the couple My Mother Rajamani Father Chandraiah Rajampet Village. at present To live in Tekriyal Village Kamareddy District He never believed in Fancy education. He had a simple education background as anyone and everyone does like Secondary Board of Education from ZPHS Boys Domakaonda in 1994 intermediate from Govt. Junior College, Kamareddy and Govt ITI Nizamabad (Draftsmen Mechanical) Graduation from Dr Br Ambedhkar collage Kamareddy, despite handling huge family responsibilities, he studied Post Graduation Master of Social Work MSW. Nagarjuna University, he always had greater achievements professionally and educationally career. Mr. Ravi Kumar Myadari his professional carrier as a Youth4Jobs foundation, NGO Sector 14years Esperance 3 years Micro finance and Chit fund Business totally 17 years experience in my carrier Ravi Kumar Myadari joined active NGO Sector in 05-10-2007 Social work Different Sectors Experienced 17 years Experience NABARD Watershed works ,Livelihoods, Climate change project, FPO s and microfinance,kapil chits marketing (totally NGO sector work) Am work with at present Balavikasa organization Warangal. Water conservation project SangaReddy, Vikarabad area project coordinator, Support the programme in terms of negotiation, planning, designing, implementation, monitoring, review, budgets, fund management, documentation, identifying communication, public relations. Community organizing ,Training Quality execution ,Project management, team coordination, Surveying .(at present Works or Farm Pond, Bore well recharge, Roof water harvesting, Tank Distillation, works and Meetings Line departments and Farmers.Meetings,farmers Training, also ) I write Case studies to write well. Baseline survey ,meetings with external stakeholders, campaigning & event management, stakeholders' relationship building Capacity Building, Training, Performance Incumbent should be prepared to travel and stay in rural areas as per the organizational requirements. Lead the programme and project works program implementation monitoring Developments programs timeline, create a Case studies Position Paper on the intervention, conduct meeting Build a relationship with Stakeholders to understand the effective and program interventions and tools for the organizations.
